Your school district supplies us with a list of approved substitutes then:
Subtracks does the rest. We use our custom created database to input all approved substitutes for your school district. As a teacher reports a vacancy it is entered into the database which cross references necessary criteria to find appropriate substitutes for the reported vacancy.
Subtracks can also notify parents when students are tardy or absent. Subtracks can also provide school districts with customized reports allowing school districts to look at information that is significant to their needs.
Subtracks does not operate on a “traditional” school year like other substitute services adding to its total flexibility. We are able to make arrangements for summer schooling and for school districts that have year round schooling.

Q: How are we informed of what substitutes are in what locations and when?
A: If needed, a list of substitutes for each day can be faxed or emailed to the school prior to the start of the work hour. Monthly reports of placed substitutes can also be sent to you via email, fax or USPS for no additional charge.
